SAP Business One comes with several out of the box Add-ons provided by SAP, and the Outlook Integration is a great one. Outlook Integration has the ability to manage quotes in Business One through the Outlook client. This can be great for traveling sales people who may not have access to SAP on their laptop but can still VPN in for E-mail. In this video we cover how to synchronize and manage those quotes from within Outlook.
